Warranty Life has just launched its system into over one hundred locations with one of the largest national retail chains in Canada. Currently, the details of the customer is being kept under wraps, but if you happen to walk into one of these stores, you’ll see the Warranty Life brand.
The Warranty Life system leverages technology with retailers to improve the sales of extended warranties in store while capturing missed sales opportunities. Our strategies help improve attachment rates by up to 60% and drive additional purchases in store. There is no charge to the retailer or consumer for using the system. Warranty Life can also supply Tier I warranty plans to the smallest and the largest retailers both in Canada and the U.S., or seamlessly integrate into existing sales plans, providing full flexibility to the retailer.
“Warranty Life’s main benefit is that we increase attachment rates for retailers on the sales of extended warranties by helping pick up missed sales,” says Richard Hui President & CEO of Warranty Life. “We don’t charge for the service, but rather take a share of the revenue on missed sales we make. Retailers are leaving huge amounts of money on the table, and that’s where we come in, it’s a win win for all, including the consumer . ”
Additional partnership announcements are coming in early 2012 as more retailers provide the Warranty Life solution to their customers to increase both customer satisfaction and revenue.
