HIWATT® amps are known for their bullet-proof reliability military spec point-to-point turret board construction supervised by Harry Joyce in the 70's and their robust signature tone huge loud and the cleanest of any classic British amp ever made. With this in mind Reeves Amplification has put out the Custom line of hand wired tube amplifiers built to these same lofty standards. Our amps are hand built with the highest quality components available and wired by hand. Our cabinets are constructed of 13-ply Baltic Birch for tone and durability. No circuit boards no pressed boards no short cuts no compromises. All made in the USA.The Space Cowboy is an extension of the Custom 100 Head widely acclaimed for its articulate note definition high headroom and an exceptional clean tone. The utilization of a two knob reverb over a standard one knob enables the user more control over the reverb's character and intensity. The variable control on the back of the amplifier provides more flexibility in the amount of boost from simply adding more dirt to a singing lead. Additionally the boost can be turned on or off from the mini toggle switch on the back of the amp or by footswitch (included).

Additionally the boost can be turned on or off from the mini toggle switch on the back of the amp. Now if the footswitch is lost forgotten or broken one is not stuck in either boost or non-boost mode.
