POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL BODY

PID TEMPERATURE CONTROL DISPLAY FOR OPTIMAL TEMPERATURE STABILITY
Precision in temperature control with PID is a feature that attracts many prosumers to this machine. With PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) technology, the user can make adjustments to the temperature inside of the boiler, and thus control the final temperature of the brew for optimal temperature stability.
E61 GROUPHEAD WITH LEVER CONTROLLED BREW
This advanced machine is equipped with the superior E61 style grouphead. The user operates the brew and pre-infusion with the grouphead lever. The grouphead is used in combination with the included commercial-grade 58mm portafilters to produce a delectable brew that is first-class in temperature stability.
1.2 LITER STAINLESS STEEL BOILER WITH HEAT EXCHANGER AND AUTO REFILL
Contained in the body of this unit is a 1.2 liter stainless steel boiler which is known for its anti-corrosive properties. The boiler is insulated to protect the consistency of the temperature. The boiler is integrated into an advanced theromsyphon system which rotates piping hot water through the grouphead and back to ensure a reliably high temperature for the extraction at all times. The incorporated auto-refill feature ensures the boiler always has a readily available water supply.
REMOVABLE 3 LITER WATER RESERVOIR WITH AUTO SHUT-OFF
The large 3 liter water tank is fully removable and contains an important auto shut-off feature that powers the machine off if water levels drop too low to protect the longevity of the motor.
BOILER AND PUMP PRESSURE GAUGES
Convenient, easy-to-visualize gauges decorate the front of this espresso machine. To the left is a gauge to monitor the boiler pressure (0-2.5 bar) and to the right is a gauge to monitor pump pressure (0-15 bar). Please note that the pump pressure gauge should only be regarded in the midst of the extraction, that is the only time the reading is accurate.
COOL TOUCH STEAM AND HOT WATER WANDS
The versatile multidirectional steam and hot water wands will accommodate many sizes of frothing pitchers and are designed with innovative cool-touch technology so users will not burn their fingers during use. To operate, the user must simply twist the knobs to initiate steam.
