E-61 GROUPHEAD WITH AUTOMATIC PRE-INFUSION
The Izzo Vivi features the famous E-61 grouphead with automatic pre-infusion capability. Pre-infusion will attract more advanced users as this helps to even out the extraction for better aroma and crema.
ADJUSTABLE PID SYSTEM
The big bonus on this machine is its adjustable PID control. Users can adjust the temperature using the up and down arrows, the temperature is displayed on a digital screen on the front of the unit and is displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
ANTI-BURN STAINLESS STEEL STEAM AND HOT WATER WANDS
The Vivi 3 has two wands designated for steam and hot water. Both are multidirectional and are constructed of durable stainless steel and are controlled with compression valves. The steam wand has a 2-hole tip.
1.5L COPPER BOILER
The Izzo Vivi 3 employs a 1.5 liter copper boiler that is insulated for optimal temperature stability.
3 LITER WATER TANK WITH LOW WATER SENSOR
The large 3 liter water tank is more than sufficient for home use. The large capacity means less time spent refilling the tank. The tank is easy to access for refilling, cleaning and maintenance and is equipped with a low water float sensor.
